Hello! we are Josh and Amy, Colorado wedding photographers and videographers.
Over a decade ago we were like you, planning our own wedding. We settled for labor day weekend in a small mountain town, in an outdoor chapel where we would say our vows for the rest of our lives, together.
As the months of planning our wedding went on, we actually didn't see the value at the time of hiring a professional wedding photographer. That being said, we at least do have photos that were captured that we cherish, we just wish there were more. So, fast forward 10 years, we made sure when planning our vow renewal to have a photographer there. I remember the stress leading up to the new ceremony, but then knowing the photos were taken care of- that stress melted away. I still remember how I felt when Josh had his arm around me as we walked toward the camera being our goofy selves.
I remember just not wanting the day/night to end for both our wedding and our vow renewal.
Therefore, Jade and Copper was inspired with you in mind. We want you to feel the same relief of having memories covered. Knowing you have an all-in photographer who can make you feel at ease and able to laugh, creating effectual visuals that tug at your heart strings should be what eases your stress.

Amy Zuniga
I'm Amy! I spend my weekdays homeschooling our two kids, homemaking, planning out weddings, editing photos, photo scouting, website building, and social media marketing. I look forward to weekends with church family, travel, and quality time with my own family. Other than photography- I love cooking and baking for people. I especially love the look on Josh's face and the compliments he gives when I prepare something special for him. I also enjoy hiking, fishing, reading, researching, studying, camping, sewing, healthy eating, exercise. I love listening to my daughter's laughter when we play Apples to Apples, getting my butt whooped at Uno by my son, and just anything that allows good quality time with friends and family.
Joshua Zuniga
I'm Joshua. A father of two wonderful children. A husband to Amy and full time worker. The outdoors is one of the very few places I feel at peace and at home. I love spending what time I have with my children and Amy outside being outside. I have a passion for creating videos and special effects. Its most enjoyable when I can get everyone involved.
The way we operate is both uplifting and eye opening. We take our time to understand what it is you value, and what you want captured. Not only that, but why you want it captured!
With this process in mind along with our shooting style, you can feel relief knowing we will capture the moments that would otherwise be left out.
Our Story
We are Josh and Amy Zuniga. We have two children together which began with our daughter Jayden (hence, Jade) and exactly 2 years and 4 days later the arrival of her little brother Jacob (promise that was not planned).
When are frazzled and forget their names- we tend to say the mash up as "Jacon" Like Bacon...
They both have copper hair and greenish blue eyes (hence, the colors, Jade and Copper).
Our home is foundational in strong family values. We believe in waiting for one another to share a meal, and praying over that meal. Our home is also full of corny dad jokes, along with silly moments where we get so far with our goofiness that we stop and say "what would someone think if they suddenly walked in on us acting this weird?" HAHA
We like to eat healthy and stay physically active especially after giving up smoking and drinking (that way we can keep up with you on your big day!) We recently overcame, by the grace of God, some major strongholds in our lives, and in 2021 we got baptized on the same day, unknowingly at the time, that Josh proposed to Amy approximately ten years earlier. If that doesn't signify God showing and keeping his promises, I don't know what does! Then in 2022 we renewed our 10-year vows!
We are still learning that love is a choice, and during the hard times of disagreements, we remember to stop and place Jesus in the center again so we can move forward in what God has planned for us as a couple.
