What to expect

 

Inquire

 

When using the contact form on this website, your inquiry goes directly to our company email, and your information will  get  saved into our booking system. We respond in a timely manner  with our availability, and prefer to setup a phone call or video chat ASAP. If you're local, meeting in person is always best!

 

Set the date

 

After the consultation, which takes place after the initial phone call, and once you've decided we are a good fit, we send over a proposal which will include a photography agreement to sign along with an invoice. There is a non-refundable retainer fee for all weddings to reserve the date. We can also setup a payment plan.

 

What we offer

 

When you book with us, you automatically receive what our brand offers to every client: A temporary, online gallery where all the retouched, high resolution images/video will be available to download. The gallery also has a store to shop from for prints.  You receive full printing rights to print elsewhere, if desired. We even have options that include engagement sessions and wedding albums!

 

Vendor referrals

 

We are happy to provide vendors' Instagram handles whom we've worked with in the past, or wish to work with if you find yourself needing assistance in that area of planning.

 

Shot lists

 

If you don't have a wedding planner/coordinator then: Upon request, we can provide a template for you to put together a family shot list. It also includes a recommended timeline to follow for the day-of. This can help reduce missing any pivotal family portraits.



 

Previews

 

 

We whole heartedly love editing, and  delivering images as soon as possible without losing quality is part of our brand. We strive our best to "nail it" SOOC (straight out of camera) so that your wedding previews can be delivered within a week.

This venue has all the amenities and so many photographic opportunities. We noticed that the couples were so relaxed and were able to just enjoy their day. It is so nice for the guests and couple to not have to hop and travel between locations just to get good views for portraits. So, if you're wanting a stress-free wedding with stunning architecture and views, this is the venue for you!

Pioneer Town

Pioneer town is a great option to consider! There is the well known Chapel of the Cross, pioneer town, and the Stolte Shed. Located at the base of the Grand Mesa, Cedaredge is a beautiful mountain town just north of Delta and Montrose.
